Gym Training Facility
UPDATE (AUGUST 2024) - The final vision for our current gym space is now complete with our Bathroom and Therapy Room the completion of our renovations. We thank our gym members for their patience and all the hard work by staff and contractors that have made this a reality.
We have also migrated our gym members to GymMaster, a gym management software which will revolutionize the possibilities that exist within the gym. From RFID entry, use of a members phone to enter the premises and to book any service we provide, this new technology will ease our members processes and provide enhanced communication. And we also have the old school fobs for members to use if they are more comfortable with that!
All total, we have added multiple new machines to our gym, the Therapy Room (Sauna & Cold tub), Turf / Batting cage area, the dual use GT Wellness Centre (Sept - April) /synthetic ice (available from May - Aug), HD Golf/ Sports Simulator, and our Skating Treadmill (available year round).
As gym memberships alone cannot sustain the building costs, we have created an innovative use of our entire gym to ensure that we have a gym in Ste-Anne for future years. We appreciate our members understanding and hope the enhancements to the facility will be well received. We also hope that our future athletes will continue to come to our gym to use the other services (turf area, personal training, skating treadmill, synthetic ice & athletic therapy) so that we may thrive in this market!

The future of Eastman High Performance Centre really hinges on community involvement, creating a space where all feel welcome within the facility. It will evolve over time as we add services and products to complement the gym.
The main part of our GT Hockey business doesn't occur within the EHPC training facility, rather we run hockey programs year-round in various arenas in SE Manitoba. This however allows revenues to flow into EHPC and has facilitated the renovations within the building and new equipment purchases. We are very proud of our Hockey program known as GT Performance Hockey and will continue to exist but be absorbed and rebranded as EHPC in the coming years as we transition.
