About Me

Manon works with a variety of athletes and sports teams in the SouthEast of Manitoba, specializing in Rodeo, Hockey, Golf, and more. Manon currently works at Bull Riding Canada events with the Canadian Pro Rodeo Sport Med Team, Eastman Selects U-15 Female Hockey Team, Garden City Collegiate Boys Hockey Team, and has provided golf instruction out of several golf facilities. Manon provides athletic training programs to high level athletes to elevate their performance to the highest level. Manon’s philosophy is to use athletic therapy to help clients feel better in every aspect of life.

At our athletic therapy clinic, we offer a wide range of modalities to help our clients recover from injuries and enhance their athletic performance. Here are just a few of the modalities we use:


Our ultrasound therapy uses high-frequency sound waves to penetrate deep into the tissues of the body. This non-invasive treatment can help reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling, while also promoting tissue repair and regeneration.

Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS)

TENS therapy uses electrical stimulation to help relieve pain by blocking pain signals from reaching the brain. This therapy is often used to treat chronic pain conditions, such as arthritis or fibromyalgia.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy involves placing cups on the skin and creating a vacuum to promote blood flow and healing. This therapy can help reduce pain, inflammation, and muscle tension, while also improving circulation and promoting relaxation.

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS)

EMS uses low-level electrical impulses to stimulate the muscles and improve their strength and function. This therapy is especially effective for people recovering from injuries, as it can help speed up the healing process and prevent muscle atrophy.

Interferential Current Therapy (IFC)

IFC therapy uses low-frequency electrical currents to help reduce pain and inflammation, while also promoting tissue healing and regeneration. This therapy is often used to treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain and sports injuries.

Muscle Specific Massage

we also offer muscle-specific massage therapy to help relieve tension, reduce pain, and improve circulation. Our skilled massage therapists will work with you to identify areas of tightness or discomfort and use a variety of techniques to release muscle tension and promote relaxation.
