A person who works one-on-one with a client to plan or implement an exercise or fitness regimen.
Why Do I Need Personal Training?
One of the primary reasons that someone should have a personal trainer is that they can educate you on all aspects of health, fitness and exercise. Knowledge is power and when it comes to your fitness goals, having a proper understanding of what is required for you to reach those goals is incredibly empowering.
Trainers wanted!!
EHPC is currently accepting resumes for personal trainers who want to partner with our team to deliver outstanding service to our members. We have slowly been building this part of our business since we took over but continue to seek dynamic, motivated and personable trainers, with an interest in growing their own business within EHPC.
As an owner and gym Manager, Alex is in the process of gaining his own personal training certificate.
Currently, Manon Tetrault has been providing an excellent service to our younger athletes and assisting with all EHPC programming, along with providing Athletic Therapy. We are looking to ease her workload and grow the personal training side of the business.
