Wellness & Event Centre

Our "Hockey/Wellness Area" is an enclosed 32' x 40' foot area. It has been designed as a dual purpose space, to accommodate our elite hockey training centre in the summer (June - August) and for use by  community members and gym members the remainder of the year. The area will be converted every September with gym mats and will be an open space for use. We will endeavour to use this area to promote wellness.  Ideas include:

• Yoga
• Rumba
• Stretching
• Meditation
• Nutrition
• Mom and tot sessions
• etc.

The possibilities are endless for this area.  We are open to hearing from the community and gym members for this general wellness area of EHPC.

EHPC is also open to renting the Wellness area to community members who have would like to host wellness sessions at EHPC.
